ENGINEERING DESIGN 
We will review the part specifications, production volume, part material, and available equipment in producing a broach design.  If you do not have a part print, forward the actual part to us.  We will engineer a design that will produce your part configuration.  Engineering designs will be done on your "title block" if required.  We have the capacity to design fixtures and holders if required. 

BROACHES 
We not only manufacture broaches, we sharpen, recondition, and/or repair them.  The only way to maintain constant broach quality is through reconditioning broaches as required.  This will accomplish longer tool life at far less than new-broach cost.  Broaches can be welded and repaired, or butt-welded if required.  Send us your broaches for evaluation and price estimates. 

PRODUCTION BROACHING 
We have the capability to production broach one or one million pieces with a broach designed to your specifications or one of our standard in-stock broaches.  We have the capability to provide sample coupons to forward with a newly manufactured broach for your inspection. 

MACHINES 
We have the capability to rebuild or recondition broaching machines.  We have the capability to send to your facility a machine-repair man on a billable basis.
